These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the CostMe mobile app (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. User content and responsibility

You are responsible for the data you enter in the App (expenses, notes, trackers, etc.).
You must not use the App for unlawful purposes.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

CostMe may offer in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions (“CostMe Pro”).

– Payment is charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
– Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
– You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.
– Pricing may vary by region and is shown in the store before purchase.
– Any free trial (if offered) converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before trial end.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
We do not directly issue store purchase refunds.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including free and paid features.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its code, design, logos, and content (except user-entered data), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
CostMe is a personal tracking tool and does not provide financial, tax, investment, or legal advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits arising from App use.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico / Mexico City, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
